goes to Seoul, South Korea!
Every two years, or if our budget would permit, the Grade School teachers of CSA-Makati would go on a trip either local or international as part of the school's faculty development program. Last summer of 2017, the group flew to Seoul, South Korea to experience its culture, food and heritage.
So pardon if this post is more of a photoblog rather than a journal thingy. #AlamNyoNaYon
If one Filipino has a camera on hand, imagine all 60 teachers with one or two with them.
Welcome to Korea!
Annyeonghaseyo!
Everland
Everland is SK's largest themepark. It was formerly called "Jayeon Nongwon" which means "natural farm", thus, it was known before as Farmland.
It was Seoul's Tulip Festival.
More and more tulips!
(Pramis, wala na mukha ko dyan. Hehehe!)
Aside from the tulips, Korea is also known for its beautiful cherry blossoms, and they are everywhere!
The anatomy of sitting down. Hehehe.
Picture pa more!
Picture galore with the Daughters of Babylon. :-)
Daegwallyeong Sheep Ranch
It was raining when we got there so we have to don on a disposable raincoat. It was muddy and so cold we didn't get the chance to roam around the farm.
The anatomy of feeding the sheep.
Hehehe.
ice cream the old fashioned way.
Our first day in Korea will not be complete without experiencing
an authentic Korean sit down (on the floor) meal.
The food is yum!
It was a great start of the trip with Augustinian friends.
