I need to do something!!!
I need to lessen my food intake perhaps, but I love to eat!
So what do I do?
I need to exercise. I need to move around!
But the kind of work and schedule I have it's not really possible...
(excuses, excuses, excuses, hehehe!)
I really want to have a healthy lifestyle... cge na nga... let's start with a simple routine that perhaps I can do .... walking

Walking supplies oxygen to my brain to think better…better liturgies, better modules, better reflections…
Walking helps me to restore my sanity!
Walking shakes off the tense muscles in my face (because of frowning), my legs, my shoulders…
Walking helps me ponder on the situations and circumstances in my area (Hay! Si Big Brother and Little Brother na naman!)
Walking aids me in facing my own demons and fighting them in any way possible…
Walking does give a lot of benefits. It doesn’t mean I walk away from my problems but to just pause for a while and do some laps around the GS building…minus the fat!
